§01

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal data provided by persons registering and using the feelgood.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), is processed by the operator of the Website - FEELGOOD Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Krakow, at ul. Turystyczna 2, 31-213 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000507733, NIP 9452179077, REGON 12310480400000 (hereinafter referred to as "FEELGOOD"), which is the administrator of this data within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014, Item 1182 as amended).

The use of the Website entails entrusting FEELGOOD with personal data, which FEELGOOD processes for the following purposes:

a. for the proper provision by FEELGOOD of services related to the placement and execution of orders for products and services offered by FEELGOOD, placed through the Website, including the service of registering an account on the Website - for this purpose FEELGOOD processes personal data such as: name and surname, company, residential or business address, delivery address, email address, number and NIP number,

b. For the purpose of filing and processing of complaints regarding ordered products and services offered by FEELGOOD - for this purpose FEELGOOD processes personal information such as: name and surname, company, address of residence or registered office, delivery address, email address, telephone number and NIP number,

c. in order to make contact through the contact form, available on the Website, tab "Contact" and "Import area" - for this purpose FEELGOOD processes personal data such as: contact person's name, company, phone number and email address,

d. For the purpose of sending marketing information in the form of a newsletter about the Website, the offer and promotions on FEELGOOD's goods and services, if the person providing his/her personal data agrees to receive commercial information electronically - for this purpose FEELGOOD processes personal data in the form of an email address.

e. FEELGOOD processes personal data after the user has given his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data, by ticking the visible and appropriate checkbox button when registering on the Website, on the contact form, in the chat window or when signing up for the newsletter.

f. Providing personal information is voluntary, but failure to consent to the processing of personal information by FEELGOOD may prevent you from placing and fulfilling orders through the Service, as well as prevent FEELGOOD from providing other services offered by the Service, and prevent you from contacting FEELGOOD.

g. The person entrusting FEELGOOD with his/her personal data at any time has the right to inspect it, the right to request that it be updated and the right to suspend its processing or to request its deletion.

h. The personal data provided during the registration of the account on the Website can be independently edited after logging in to the account in the "My account" tab and then in the "Edit data" tab. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time by clicking on the link specifically marked for this purpose, which is part of each electronic message sent as part of the newsletter via email. Furthermore, the consultation, supplementation, update, rectification, suspension or erasure of any personal data provided to FEELGOOD is possible based on the data subject's request sent to FEELGOOD by email to sklep@feelgood.pl.

i. Only authorized employees or associates of FEELGOOD and authorized Service handlers who have been granted the appropriate authorizations have access to the personal data provided to FEELGOOD.

j. FEELGOOD processes personal data in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014, item 1182, as amended) and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the personal data processed, and in particular protects personal data against access to unauthorised persons and against loss, destruction or damage.

COOKIES POLICY

The Website uses cookies. The Website does not collect any other information except information contained in cookies.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website user's terminal device (e.g. computer, smartphone, tablet etc.) and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of storing them on the terminal equipment and a unique number. These files allow you to recognize your device and properly display the website tailored to your individual preferences.

FEELGOOD is the entity placing cookies on the Service User's end device and accessing them.

Cookies used by FEELGOOD on the Website are used solely for the following purposes: to ensure proper functioning of the process of placing and processing orders via the Website and login to the Website, to ensure the security of transactions made on the Website, to create statistics that help understand how users of the Website use the site, which allows to improve its structure, content and functionality, excluding the possibility of personal identification of the user, to adapt the content of the Website to individual user preferences. These files recognize the user's device in order to display the website according to his preferences, without the possibility of personal identification of the user, adjustment of the content of advertisements emitted in the Google advertising network (remarketing) - more information about the cookies used by Google in its advertising network can be found at: https://support.google.com adwords/answer/2407785.

The Website generally uses two types of cookies, that is, "session" files and "permanent" files. Session" files are temporary files that are stored on the user's terminal equipment until the user logs out, leaves the website or turns off the software (web browser). Permanent" files are stored on the user's end device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the user.

Users of the Website may change their settings in this regard, in particular their web browsers allow the deletion of cookies, as well as informing about their transmission to the user's device each time. INFORMATION OBLIGATION CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Scope of data processing: Personal data will be processed only for marketing, promotional purposes and submission of offers to conclude civil and legal contracts in order to present adequate offers to conclude civil and legal contracts and adequate promotional and marketing materials on the basis of expressed consent.

The data will be kept until the consent is withdrawn, and in the case of concluding a contract also for the period resulting from the relevant provisions of law (e.g. the Accounting Act) and/or the expiry of limitation periods for claims resulting from the concluded contract.

Personal data may be transferred to the following recipients such as partners providing support services (e.g. suppliers, couriers, forwarders, marketing agencies, entities providing electronic payment services), trading companies, external IT system provider, banks, postal operators. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

You have the right to: access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as data portability, to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, to make a written, reasoned request to cease data processing on account of your particular situation, to withdraw your consent at any time; whereby the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

My personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, but may be subject to profiling (where I have given my consent).

FINAL PROVISIONS

Due to the ongoing development of the Service and its solutions, the rules set out in this privacy policy may change. FEELGOOD will inform you about any changes to this privacy policy in advance, no later than 7 days before the changes are made, by posting the new privacy policy on the Website.
