How does the Product Configurator work?
It is a simple and efficient tool that will enable you to order your prints comfortably online. We have described how to use this tool step by step. You will find more information in the section — How to place an order?

How do I prepare files for printing?
When you place an order in our configurator, you need to add files from which our graphics department will prepare visualisations and production files. It is important that the files you upload are of sufficient quality to produce a good product for you.
Once you have chosen your printing technology and its locations, you upload a file for each selected printing location. More about printing technologies and how to prepare your design files can be found in our WorkBook, you can download it here
Which printing technologies can I order from?
The following printing technologies are available in our configurator: Screen printing, Embroidery, Sublimation (whole product), Sublimation (Partial), Flexography, DTG, DTF.

How do I check the number of colours in a design for screen printing?
This is a very important element in the ordering process for printing technologies such as: screen printing.
Not sure about the number of colours in your design? Email us at kolory@feelgood.pl. Our graphics department will send you the necessary information
How do I get a visualisation of my design and production files?
A visualisation of your design on the selected product will be prepared by our graphics department. All you need to do is upload your design or logo files in the appropriate resolution.
You upload the files in the Configurator when placing the order. Once the visualisation has been approved, our graphics department will prepare the production files and forward them, together with the order parameters, for implementation.
How do we deliver the ordered products?
We usually deliver ordered products via DPD parcels and InPost parcel lockers. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 6pm. It all depends on the delivery location, weather conditions and the shipper themselves.
What if a courier delivery is delayed? The easiest way is to contact the courier company you chose during your purchase and give them your tracking number.

- InPost sp. z o.o. at 746 600 000 or 722 444 000 (Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm; Saturdays 8am – 8pm; Sundays 8am – 6pm; Holidays 8am – 4pm)
- You can also intervene at our Customer Service Office at (12) 345 18 44 or by using the contact form.
ATTENTION! Please check the parcel before collecting it. In case of damage during transport, please draw up a damage report with the courier and contact our Customer Service.
When and how can I make a complaint?
You can make a complaint by sending an email to reklamacje@feelgood.pl.
The deadline for making a complaint is 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel. Most complaints are dealt with on the first working day following their submission. However, some complaints require a more thorough investigation and may therefore take longer to process (up to 3 working days).
Can I return my order?
Please note that print orders are made according to your specifications and personalisation. Therefore, returns are not possible. Each order is made according to the guidelines received from you, it is individual and customised, implemented according to your choices.
